Our Services

Over our many combined years in the building services and electrical engineering field, our team has developed a wide range of skills that can be applied to your projects.

We love the tough questions, we run towards the complexities that others may avoid, and we’re not satisfied unless we can work out the best solution to a problem.

We’re always happy to discuss any requirements you may have, and if we can’t assist, we’re happy to provide contact details from our network of professionals that may meet your requirements.

An overview of our service offering is provided here, but we’re always adding new capabilities as we address each challenge.

Please contact Sam for a discussion on any specific project requirements.

Technical Advocacy

The energy space is complex and rapidly evolving, and it means that independent advice and specialist knowledge is more important than ever.
Clients looking to make the best decisions for their significant investments in electrical and energy infrastructure can benefit from specialist advice and assistance in reviewing the risks and opportunities.
We are 100% independent and can leverage our experience to advise clients to make decisions and proceed with confidence.

Feasibility Studies and Opportunity Analysis

Each project is unique and there is no copy and paste solution that will achieve the best results.
We use our skills in stakeholder engagement, advanced software programs and our experience in building services and electrical engineering to analyse the details of each project and provide reports tailored to communicate the advice effectively and accessibly.

Design and Construction Assistance

For electrical and energy system focused projects we can be the primary consultant for the design phase; and for larger multidisciplinary projects we can augment an existing design team with peer reviews and advice on the more complex systems.
We can assist with the construction phase for variation reviews, inspections, commissioning assistance and witness testing - to help ensure the finished product meets the intention of the design and the goals of the client.

Grant Funding Assistance

With the rapid development of the energy space and the criticality of the transition to zero emissions, there are constantly emerging funding opportunities for client's looking to subsidise their energy investments.
We can assist with these applications by providing stakeholder engagement, techno-financial analysis, concept designs, submission development, reviews and presentations.

Design Reviews and Collaboration with Larger Design Teams

We bring a collaborative approach to these engagements to work with the existing team. We can focus our reviews to align with client priorities, whether this is system resilience, carbon reductions, capex/opex, or all of the above.
The cost to a project of a peer review is minimal, but can drive significant benefits in terms of safe operation, reliability, maintainability, operational costs, carbon emissions and future proofing.

Electrical Infrastructure Assessment, Reporting and Design

We have significant experience in the inspection, auditing, assessment and reporting on existing facilities, focusing on sustainability enhancements, energy system integration, generator and UPS systems, and system resilience.
Our focus in these projects is to absorb as much information as possible, and present the findings and recommendations in formats to be as accessible as possible for our clients.

Operational Analysis and Future Planning

During operation of new and existing facilities we can review technical operational parameters and provide advice on tuning or augmentation of the systems.
This could include reviewing power/energy consumption, power factor, harmonics, safety, maintainability, reliability or compliance with regulations.
We can assist with planning for life cycle replacement of systems and associated electrical infrastructure.

We can help you develop future focused, efficient, sustainable, and resilient systems.
